Located only 650 m from the Church of the Virgin Mary, the 2-star smoke-free Knossos Hotel Tolo has an archaeological museum. Featuring 10 rooms with views of the mountain, this excellent hotel is around 7 km from the early 18th-century bastioned Palamidi Citadel.
The centre of Tolo is a 10 minutes' walk of the traditional hotel. The Knossos is 500 metres from Daskalio and approximately a 5-minute ride from the Church of Agia Kyriaki. This accommodation is located 150 km from Kalamata Captain Vassilis Constantakopoulos airport and in proximity to TOLO bus stop.

During my recent stay at Knossos, I found it to be a convenient base for restful days along the stunning coast. Nestled right on the beach, the hotel's location is a primary draw, with loungers and umbrellas readily available. The large veranda served as a lovely spot to unwind, providing a perfect vantage point to soak in the serene surroundings. The staff were accommodating, assisting with any requests I had, which added to the overall sense of ease during my relaxation. While the hotel maintains a certain charm, I did notice areas that could benefit from upgrades, as common in family-run establishments. I appreciate the additional amenities, including a restaurant and the option for car rentals, which were practical for exploring the local area. The existing safety measures, such as a safety deposit box and first aid kit, added an extra layer of comfort during my stay. Knossos invites those seeking a peaceful retreat to experience its tranquil environment, making it worth considering for your next getaway.
